The Red Hawks sweep the Ancilla Chargers
The Red Hawks win their fourth round of conference play against Marian University Ancilla.
The team played well tonight sweeping the Chargers 25-10, 25-12, 25-17. In game one and two, the Red Hawks soared ahead of the chargers with efficient offense and serving precision. In game three the chargers battled back and forth but were unable to handle the pressure put on by the Red Hawks. The offensive player of the game was Jillian Bruckner with 12 kills, a .524 hitting percentage, two aces, and four digs. The defensive player of the game was Kaylee McDaniel with 13 digs, 23 assists and two aces. The Red Hawks travel to SMC this Thursday, September 26th to take on the Roadrunners for their next round of conference play. The Red Hawks are currently 2-2 in conference play and 3-14 overall.
