Red Hawks Come Out With The Win
The Lake Michigan College Red Hawks traveled to Cleveland, Ohio to take on the Lakeland Community College Lakers in a NJCAA Region XII match-up.

The Red Hawks got on the scoreboard with two goals in the first 15 minutes of the match. Lake Michigan went into the halftime ahead by a score of 2-1. The second half started the same way as the first half, with the Red Hawks striking first to go ahead 3-1. Lakeland battled back and tied the game at 3-3. That did not deter Lake Michigan as they scored the final goal of the match to win 4-3.
The Lake Michigan goals were scored by Eleah Hedstrom (2), Gracie Pond, and Olivia Baker. Assists for the Red Hawks were had by Ella Dykstra, Eleah Hedstrom (2), and Olivia Baker.
Desiree Kittleson earned the win in net for Lake Michigan with nine saves on the day.
