After winning the opener 21-5, the Red Hawks carried their momentum into game two, scoring in four different innings and breaking the game open with a seven-run fourth inning. Lake Michigan College finished with nine hits and drew seven walks while playing error-free defense.
Paige Clinger powered the offense with a standout performance, driving in three runs and hitting a home run as part of a multi-hit effort. Kursten Smith also homered and drove in two runs, while Madi Dotson added two hits and two RBIs.
