Lake Michigan College exploded for 60 points in each half. It used a deep, balanced attack to overwhelm Kuyper 120-79 on Friday night, showcasing dominant rebounding, high-energy defense, and seven double-double figure scorers.
Lake Michigan controlled the game from the start, scoring 60 points in each half and getting contributions from all over the lineup. Champ Hayden led the Red Hawks with 20 points and six steals, while Caleb Gatewood added 19 on efficient inside scoring. The bench provided a major boost, highlighted by Devon Shelton's 15 points and 14 rebounds and Javaughn Kuykendoll's 17-point performance.
