The women traveled to Jackson College to compete against the Lady Jets and came home with a loss.

The first set started off amazing for the Lady Red Hawks as they were running on all pistons winning 25-23. They continued to compete in the second set but fell short 21-25 due to many miscues made by the women.  They fought to the end in the third set and took the game into extra points losing 27-29.  The Jets took control of the third set, as Lake Michigan fell behind nine points, but the women battled back to close the gap by three points.  Their effort did not go unnoticed but they could not seal the deal and fell 22-25 and lost the match.

Isabella Vaz (FR/Berrien Springs, MI) was a force for the women with twelve kills, two aces, seventeen digs, and one block.  Bailee May (SO/Centreville, MI) was strong for Lake Michigan with ten kills, three blocks, and nine digs, while Nola Wallace (FR/Niles, MI) slammed down eight kills with four blocks.  Madison Hunter (SO/Centreville, MI) led the women in assists, with thirty three, and was also able to serve three aces along with two kills and seven digs.
