The women traveled to Muskegon Community College for their last conference games and lost two tough losses 2-3 and 7-8.

Anna Riggenbach (FR/Bridgman, MI) began the first game and the women competed throughout the game.  Both teams scored two runs in the fifth inning but it was Muskegon that had obtained the win in the seventh by scoring a run winning 3-2. 

Angie White (FR/South Haven, MI) hit a double and had two RBI's while Kailee Cheek (FR/Watervliet, MI) hit two singles.  Anna Riggenbach struck out ten batters and allowed six hits with three runs.

In the second game, the Lady Jayhawks scored first but the Lady Red Hawks scored in the third to tie the game 1-1.  The game continued back and forth with Muskegon scoring two runs in the fourth.  Lake Michigan answered back in the fifth with three runs and the Lady Jayhawks then tied it back up in the bottom of the inning making it 4-4.  The Lady Red Hawks gained momentum in the sixth and was able to score three more runs but in the bottom of the inning the Lady Jayhawks clinched the win scoring four runs and Lake Michigan fell 7-8.

Jade Mosier (FR/Buchanan, MI) blasted a home run with three RBI's and also hit a single.  Marissa Dodd (FR/Dowagaic, MI) and Anna Riggenbach both hit a double and a single.  Danielle McCoy (SO/St. Joseph, MI) hit three singles with an RBI.  Karlee Liles (FR/Watervliet, MI) started the game and Anna Riggenbach came in for relief and struck out five more batters at allowed two hits.  

This concluded this years season for the Lady Red Hawks.  We are proud of the women and are looking forward to what the future holds.
