Lake Michigan College traveled to Kellogg Community College and lost a close one 0-2 and fell 2-12 in five innings in the second game.

The Bruins came out in the first inning and scored the first run of the game.  They were also able score in the second inning which ended up being their last run scored.  The Red Hawks tried to battle back but they were unable to produce any runs.

Hunter Nagle (FR/Ottawa Lake, MI) took the loss but was able to strike out three batters.  Noah Snyder (FR/Adrian, MI), Chad Paddock (SO/Comstock, MI), both had singles.  Charles Frodl (SO/Cedar Springs, MI) stepped up for the men with a single and a double.  

In game two, Aaron Moskovitz (SO/West Bloomfield, MI) started on the mound first and Kellogg was able to push across two runs in both the first an second innings. The Red Hawks were able to score twice in the second inning but they weren't able to catch up to the Bruins.  Kyle Willamson went to the mound for relief and Kellogg executed against the men.  They were able to score two in the fourth and finished it early scoring six in the fifth that resulted in a 2-12 Lake Michigan loss.

Travis Keys (FR/London, ON) and Hunter Nagle both had singles but it was A.J. Green (FR/Cassopolis, MI) who hit a hard single and obtained two RBI's. 

The men travel to Grand Rapids Community College on Friday, April 21, 2017 for a double header at 2:00 pm.
